We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for child psychology, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to inclusive, child-centered care. If you are looking for a fulfilling career where your work directly enhances the well-being of children and families, this is the role for you.

Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate children’s developmental, cognitive, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and challenges.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, play therapy, or behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive ecosystem for the child.
  • Monitor and document progress and outcomes, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal development.
  • Educate families and communities on child development, mental health awareness, and early intervention strategies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and align on best practices.
  • Stay updated on latest research and trends in child psychology and developmental disorders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children with developmental needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities.
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment tools (e.g., WISC, ADOS, Vineland) and therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in multicultural or international settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of special education frameworks and inclusive practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
