Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to students in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or parents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students.
- Conduct routine health screenings and monitor students with chronic conditions.
- Educate students and staff on health and hygiene practices to prevent illness.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure student well-being.
- Develop and implement health policies and emergency response plans.
- Monitor and manage communicable diseases to prevent outbreaks within the school.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric or school nursing.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to maintain composure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with health record management and confidentiality protocols.
