Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee mechanical, electrical (M&E), and ACMV systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure project viability and compliance with local and international standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports using CAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Perform energy efficiency analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in mechanical engineering and ACMV systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E design, ACMV systems, or mechanical engineering, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO, SNI).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from conceptualization to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and energy-efficient systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
