Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and prototypes to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and performance evaluations for mechanical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, R&D, or manufacturing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and CAE tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
- Experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
