Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and prototypes using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Conduct feasibility studies, engineering analysis, and cost estimations for new projects.
- Collaborate with electrical, civil, and software engineers to integrate mechanical systems into broader project frameworks.
- Oversee the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics simulations to optimize system performance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Masterâs Degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, development, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and FEA/CFD tools (ANSYS, COMSOL).
- Strong knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Experience with project management, from conceptualization to execution, in compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices and green technologies is an advantage.
