Responsibility
- Lead the mechanical design and development of green technology and healthcare products from concept to production.
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping to validate design performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product commercialization.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to optimize designs for efficiency and durability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and compliance records.
- Identify and integrate sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to reduce environmental impact.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering challenges during product testing and scaling.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, patents, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, R&D, or product development, preferably in green tech or medical devices.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of material science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, FDA, CE) for healthcare and environmental products.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
