Responsibility
- Maintain and optimize HVAC, chiller, and cleanroom systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility engineering, with a focus on HVAC, chiller, and cleanroom systems.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with facility maintenance and troubleshooting.
