Responsibility
- Provide technical support to clients regarding pump systems, including troubleshooting, performance analysis, and system optimization.
- Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, offering tailored solutions for industrial, commercial, and municipal applications.
- Design and recommend pump configurations based on client requirements, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, datasheets, and installation guides for pump systems.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
- Conduct site visits (as needed) to assess pump system performance and provide on-site technical assistance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in fluid dynamics, energy efficiency, and pump innovation.
- Train clients and internal teams on pump operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pump systems, fluid mechanics, or industrial equipment (preferably in technical support or application engineering).
- Strong understanding of pump types (centrifugal, positive displacement, submersible) and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with international clients.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and technical documentation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hydraulic calculations, flow rates, and pressure requirements.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or site inspections.
