Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and components from concept to completion.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, architects, and project managers, to integrate mechanical solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines in all projects.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders and clients.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), FEA analysis, and 3D modeling.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials science, and thermodynamics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in design and execution.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with international teams.
- Experience in sustainable design or renewable energy systems is highly desirable.
