As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), and cleanroom systems for semiconductor facilities. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize ACMV and mechanical systems for semiconductor and cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with ISO, SEMI, and industry standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, cleanroom, and mechanical systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct energy efficiency audits and implement sustainable solutions to reduce operational costs and carbon footprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, process, and facility engineers, to deliver end-to-end project solutions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools.
- Troubleshoot system failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, GMP, and cleanroom classification standards (ISO 14644).
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV, mechanical systems, or cleanroom design, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in project management for large-scale industrial or cleanroom facilities.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), CFD modeling, and HVAC simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom classifications (ISO 14644), HEPA/ULPA filtration, and contamination control.
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems), PLC, and SCADA for system monitoring and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Japanese or Indonesian is advantageous.
