Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead the creation and optimization of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
- Oversee website experience improvements, including UX/UI enhancements, content updates, and SEO best practices.
- Manage event branding and execution, from concept to post-event analysis, to maximize ROI and audience impact.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovative marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to foster professional growth and team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on digital and brand strategy.
- Proven track record of successful campaign leadership and measurable impact on brand growth.
- Strong expertise in social media platforms, SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Exceptional project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in event planning and execution is highly desirable.
