Responsibility
- Manage and grow online communities across multiple platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram).
- Coordinate and execute daily livestream operations, including scheduling, setup, and real-time moderation.
- Engage with audiences during live broadcasts, fostering interaction and addressing queries promptly.
- Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and report insights to improve content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators, producers, and technical teams to ensure smooth livestream production.
- Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rates) and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, giveaways, and community-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or livestream operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with livestreaming platforms (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, Twitch, YouTube Live).
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve in real-time, and work under pressure during live events.
- Passion for gaming, entertainment, or digital content creation is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to audience engagement.
