Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing industry events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, newsletters, press releases) to promote the firm’s expertise in Advanced Air Mobility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the AAM and urban aviation sectors.
- Support business development by preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Collaborate with the team to manage CRM databases, track leads, and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Create engaging digital content (blogs, infographics, videos) to educate audiences about emerging air mobility technologies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Assist in sponsorship and partnership outreach to expand the firm’s network and event participation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Proven organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology, aviation, or sustainability (knowledge of Advanced Air Mobility is a plus).
- Experience with event planning, content creation, or digital marketing (internships or volunteer work welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and comfortable learning new tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
