Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies that align with IHH Healthcare's business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Lead the creation of impactful content, including digital campaigns, social media posts, press releases, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, medical, and operations teams, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business needs and patient care goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive materials, to enhance audience engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to keep IHH Healthcare at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns in the healthcare, corporate, or consumer sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies or vendors.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing or experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
