Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to expand KH Beton’s market share in Bali’s Ready Mix and Precast segments.
- Identify, nurture, and convert high-value B2B leads, including contractors, developers, and government projects, to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and procurement teams, to position KH Beton as a trusted partner.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in Bali’s construction sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
- Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the construction materials, Ready Mix, or Precast industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s construction industry, including key players, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
