Responsibility
- Lead and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine production workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the introduction of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions to boost productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on operational performance and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or a similar role, preferably in a high-tech or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt certification is advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, or ERP systems).
- Experience with process simulation, CAD/CAM software, or automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
