Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the material fabrication work area to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Plan, assign, and prioritize tasks for team members, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.
