Responsibility
- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for fabrication, construction, and manufacturing projects using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure drawings align with project specifications and industry standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders to maintain accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Perform dimensional and tolerance checks to ensure precision in all technical documentation.
- Maintain organized digital archives of drawings, revisions, and project documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in the development of prototypes and participate in design reviews to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in drafting and design.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to safety standards and company quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or construction industries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software; experience with 3D modeling is a plus.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
- Familiarity with ISO, ANSI, or other industry standards relevant to drafting and manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret and work from sketches, verbal instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
