Responsibility
- Lead and implement Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve production efficiency and reduce defects.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
- Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless production and product quality.
- Design and execute process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and statistical process control (SPC) initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, yield) and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by evaluating manufacturability and scaling production efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or precision engineering industries.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP) and process simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with expertise in 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone analysis.
- Experience with Automation, Robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English; ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
