Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Fab Electrical & Control Engineering team to achieve operational excellence and meet project milestones.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced electrical and control systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and control systems with other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Develop and maintain documentation for electrical and control systems, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and control engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and leading engineering teams in a semiconductor or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems design, implementation, and optimization.
- Experience with industry standards and regulations, such as NEC, IEC, and OSHA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
