Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of test engineers to develop, validate, and deploy advanced test equipment and methodologies for semiconductor products.
- Oversee the design and implementation of automated test systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance) to align test strategies with product requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize test processes, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including specifications, procedures, and reports, ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging test technologies (e.g., AI-driven testing, high-speed ATE) to maintain Infineonās competitive edge.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for test equipment, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in automated test equipment (ATE), test program development, and semiconductor validation.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies (e.g., functional testing, parametric testing, reliability testing) and industry standards (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q).
- Experience with test data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and yield enhancement techniques.
- Familiarity with LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or other programming languages for test automation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
