Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for automation and control processes.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to execute electrical upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system changes for compliance and future reference.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, electrical codes, and industry standards in all maintenance tasks.
- Participate in emergency response efforts to address critical electrical failures and restore operations promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, motors, transformers, and control panels.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a plus; Indonesian language skills are beneficial.
