Responsibility
- Oversee site preparation activities, including land clearing, grading, and infrastructure setup, to ensure project readiness.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, customs, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review submission documents, including permits, compliance reports, and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and generate progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field engineering, site coordination, or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing on-site challenges.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
