Responsibility

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and the engineering team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Develop and present technical proposals, including system designs, cost estimates, and project timelines, to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in the electrical engineering sector.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, addressing their questions and concerns with expertise.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring client satisfaction with delivered solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 1 year in a sales or client-facing role.
  • Strong technical background in electrical systems, power distribution, or related fields, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, or training sessions.
