Responsibility
- Design, plan, and oversee construction projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and water supply systems
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine project feasibility and requirements
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor construction progress and quality control to ensure project specifications are met
- Prepare progress reports and present findings to stakeholders and management
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and eco-friendly solutions in project designs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
- Experience with project management and construction supervision
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
