Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair works on electrical, ACMV, plumbing, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections and routine checks to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably in facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, ACMV, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
