Responsibility
- Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft systems and components under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Perform routine checks and troubleshooting to ensure aircraft safety and operational efficiency.
- Follow strict aviation regulations and company procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any discrepancies found.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge of aircraft systems.
- Support the team in preparing aircraft for flight, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the hangar.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in aviation or engineering is a plus.
- No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
- Strong interest in aviation, engineering, or mechanical systems.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in aircraft maintenance (preferred but not required).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
