Responsibility
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for solar energy and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems installation and integration.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential technical, logistical, or environmental challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and compliance records in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead site inspections, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems to verify performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in project engineering, with a focus on solar energy, M&E systems, or renewable energy projects.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical design, and energy storage solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and other regions as required.
