Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee site planning, ensuring alignment with architectural designs and construction standards.
- Supervise on-site activities, including managing contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and timelines.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to address project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project coordination or engineering within the architectural or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Bali or similar regions.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
