Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in production machinery.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify equipment inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports to track maintenance activities and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during maintenance and repair operations.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and service logs.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and junior maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or servicing of manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation technologies.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to work effectively in a team.
