Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven recruitment strategies to streamline hiring processes in public healthcare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools, automation, and predictive analytics into talent acquisition.
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps to enhance recruitment efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
- Oversee the adoption of AI-powered platforms for resume screening, chatbots, and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor recruitment teams on AI tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI usage in recruitment.
- Partner with healthcare stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in AI-enabled recruitment tools, automation, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of public healthcare recruitment challenges and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR tech platforms (e.g., ATS, CRM, AI chatbots) and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Certification in AI/HR tech (e.g., HRCI, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
