Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and confidential files with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and escalating issues to senior HR as needed.
- Conduct regular HR audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (internships included).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or payroll software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR-related challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
