Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and accuracy.
- Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure seamless audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in R2R, Financial Reporting, or Controllership, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Deep understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards (Indonesian GAAP preferred).
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in a global environment.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, and digital finance tools (e.g., BlackLine, Workiva).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
