Responsibility
- Process and manage financial transactions for Australian client accounts with precision and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for audit purposes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or partial qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required for Australian client interactions).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiarity with IFRS or GAAP standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia (preferred).
