Responsibility
- Process and manage client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, including billing statements, aging reports, and revenue summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify project deliverables and ensure proper billing alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the company’s ERP system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
- Experience working in international or consulting firms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali, Indonesia.
