Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations.
- Optimize accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Mentor and supervise the finance team, fostering professional growth and a culture of accountability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing under Indonesian regulations.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective stakeholder communication.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
