Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies and drive cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Automate and streamline financial processes using advanced Excel, ERP systems, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with self-discipline and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is a plus.
