Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and audits to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparent financial operations.
- Optimize accounting processes through automation and digital tools to improve efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior staff to foster professional growth and team excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience in audit coordination and financial compliance is highly desirable.
