Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize liquidity and profitability.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives with financial due diligence and modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
