Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Assist with tax filings, payroll processing, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and prepare reports for management review.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
