Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to support liquidity management.
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and approval of financial transactions.
- Assist in tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in real estate, property development, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements, and data validation).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work on-site in Kuta, Badung, Bali.
