Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records across all transactions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace) and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
