Responsibility
- Manage general ledger entries, journal postings, and month-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian regulations (e.g., PPN, PPh, etc.).
- Conduct regular financial reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer accounts) and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow) and present insights to management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or auditing (preferably in Indonesia).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/25, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) are a plus.
