Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journal entries in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client invoices.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve financial inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with local and international financial laws.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and GAAP/IFRS standards is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
