Responsibility
- Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update financial records, including tax deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related data.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for the café group.
- Handle administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage vendor payments, invoices, and expense reimbursements.
- Support the implementation of new payroll software or systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
