Responsibility

  • Process and manage payroll for Pharmacy 777 Pharmacies accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Verify and input employee data, including hours worked, salaries, bonuses, and deductions, into the payroll system.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax filings, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
  • Maintain confidential payroll records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related financial statements.
  • Support the Group Manager – Pharmacy Services with ad-hoc payroll and financial reporting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the healthcare or retail pharmacy sector.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
