Responsibility
- Lead and manage all day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business growth.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting in accordance with Indonesian laws.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Oversee internal controls and implement best practices to mitigate financial risks.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with the ability to adapt to fast-paced settings.
