Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive management reports, providing variance analysis and financial insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with department heads to analyze business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Drive financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for executive reviews and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or management accounting, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
