Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including financial statement preparation.
- Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, general ledger, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
