Responsibility
- Execute end-to-end internal audit engagements in accordance with the annual Audit Plan and ad-hoc assignments.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with policies/regulations.
- Identify control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the insurance sector.
- Conduct fraud investigations and special reviews as directed by the Audit Committee.
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure adherence to professional standards (e.g., IIA, COSO).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, COSO framework, and risk assessment techniques.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
